My experience in property management began early, when a family member entrusted me with their home in Rivière-Noire during their overseas stays. During their absences, I oversaw the property and coordinated the work of the housekeeper and gardener. This is how I discovered the importance of trust, oversight, and care for every home.
In 2019, with my wife Vanesha, this experience became a professional venture with MDM Property. We began developing the business alongside real estate developers. Upon completion of their project, they entrusted us with establishing a management service for the villas in the development.
Since then, we support each property owner with the same philosophy: managing their property with professionalism, transparency, and care, as if it were our own.

In 2014, I entered the real estate sector with the conviction that property is not simply about acquiring an asset, but about the comprehensive support that surrounds it. Working with early residential projects aimed at foreign investors in Mauritius, I quickly understood their needs: to be guided, supported, and to have a trusted person on the ground they could rely on.
In 2019, with my husband Jean Lou, we developed a turnkey approach, covering everything from villa fitting-out and installation to their management, maintenance, and concierge services.
The experience accumulated over the years has shaped MDM Property. Today, we place our knowledge of the Mauritian market, our network, and our commitment at the service of each property owner with proximity, availability, and trust.
